Significance of positive, tall and peaked electrocardiographic T waves in early diagnosis of ischemic heart disease.

On the other hand it may be innocent. The difficulty of differentiating the ischemic and nonischemic types'.' made it desirable to review the circumstances in which this abnormality occurs and also its associated characteristics with the hope that means may be found for distinguishing the two conditions. This communication describes the results of a retrospective examination of the electrocardiographic tracings exhibiting this abnormality in an Iranian population during a seven-year period.
